About the Position

We are seeking a Kaizen Project Manager to lead our excellence initiatives in Switzerland, ensuring quality improvements and efficient project management.

Responsibilities

Connect with the Kaizen Excellence Citadel, working closely with consulting and production teams.
Ensure continuous quality improvements, timely project completion, and efficient budget management.

Personality

Requirements

Minimum 10 years in a similar role.
Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience as a pharmaceutical operator in marketing or business operations department or in a specialized agency in the life sciences sector.
Experience in managing marketing, digital, or multi-channel projects is a plus.
Experience in data reporting using online tools such as CRM or ERP.
Experience with Google applications (Drive, Gmail, Calendar...) is a plus.
Microsoft Office experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of the web.

Education

MBA or master's degree in economics or engineering.
Dual competencies in the life sciences sector are a plus.
Fluent in English and French (written/spoken).
German is a plus.
A minimum of web/IT background is appreciated.
Kaizen/6sigma/Scrum/PMP certifications.

As a next step, within five working days, a case study will be sent to test your skills and present it to the line manager during a 45' job interview.
Finally, if selected, five working days after the first presentation, a final interview with the CEO will be scheduled to conclude the hiring process.
Our final response will be officially communicated to you five working days after the last meeting with our CEO.
