Main Responsibilities as an Engagement Manager IT:

Pre-sales and estimation management for our tertiary and industrial clients

Qualify client needs and challenge requests to build the best solution.
Actively participate in pre-sales phases: framing, costing, proposal writing.
Co-construct offers with technical teams and identify development opportunities.

Management & coordination of teams

Supervise, animate, and support project teams within your scope.
Allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Monitor individual performance, support career paths, and contribute to recruitment.

Operational & financial management

Ensure global project monitoring: deadlines, costs, quality, risks.
Anticipate deviations, implement corrective actions, and ensure billing.
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and provide clear and regular reporting.

Client relations & employee satisfaction

Be the primary client contact and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain a climate of trust with teams, detect early warning signs, and act to strengthen engagement.
