RESPONSABLE COMMERCIAL – Bloc Opératoire (H/F)

Responsibilities
- Prospect and anticipate tenders and consultations for Surgical Workflows products (operating tables, surgical lights, distribution arms, video management systems).
- Maintain customer loyalty through regular follow-up.
- Promote products to prescribers, users, and decision-makers (surgeons, biomedical engineers, anesthetists, healthcare managers, clinic directors, etc.).
- Develop commercial actions with new GHTs (Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire) and regional purchasing centers.
- Analyze customer needs and define the best offer (price, performance, and deadlines).
- Collect and transmit all necessary technical information and data for project completion.
- Ensure the management and successful completion of customer projects (from quote to client payment).
- Work towards achieving the objectives set by the Sales Division Management, particularly through the CRM Sales Force.
Requirements
- Minimum education: BAC+2/3 in Sales Force or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, imperatively in the healthcare sector, ideally in medical equipment.
- Knowledge of purchasing centers.
- Dynamic, agile, ambitious, with a team spirit.
- Strong networking skills, recognized in the hospital sector for commercial qualities, negotiation skills, and ease in prospecting.
- Mastery of the technical aspects of equipment, with the ability to explain and convince clients.
- Autonomous in tasks with a strong sense of objectives and results.
