Responsibilities

In this role, your main missions will include:

• Verifying the coherence between ordered kit lists and PMV inventory/summary files.
• Recording equipment, orders, and actual costs of centers.
• Monitoring KPIs related to kit engagement deadlines (template, complete means, partial means, BA).
• Validating and committing files with the PMV.
• Identifying blockages in committed needs and coordinating actions to resolve them.
• Preparing information on budget overruns for weekly meetings.
• Ensuring weekly monitoring of project KPIs.
• Participating daily in coordination meetings (welding, plastics, etc.) to facilitate exchanges.
• Validating OVA/Archive documents according to project key stages.
• Ensuring that the current stock covers needs.
• Identifying missing items and coordinating with suppliers to obtain them.
• Initializing series files (components, references).
• Monitoring the evolution and impacts on macro-planning.
• Collecting needs.
• Planning actions and ensuring program animation.
• Coordinating the planning of the captive fleet.
• Updating the ISP (macro-planning for suppliers and PR).
• Updating inventory files (kits, complete means).
• Synchronizing data between Planisware and PLM.
• Building KPIs from PLM extractions (off-tool parts).
• Updating series files and planning impacts.
• Monitoring series return-to-life types and loops.

Requirements

Profile:

• BAC + 5 in Industrial Engineering
• Experience in the automotive sector

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

Skills:

• Planisware: Planning update, data synchronization.
• PLM: Extraction, parts analysis, off-tool parts monitoring.
• TRM / ADM: Volume consolidation, phase updates.
• Excel: Advanced (pivot tables, KPIs, stock monitoring, consolidation).
• Communication: Excellent communication and team animation skills.
• Project Management: Project management skills.
• Cost Management: Knowledge in costing and cost management.
• STELLANTIS Planning Standards: Mastery of STELLANTIS planning standards.
• Rigorous & Flexible: Rigor and flexibility.
• English: Good level.
