TECMASA, a company within the Sonae Arauco group, seeks motivated professionals to support our vision. In this role, you will join a team focused on ensuring the maximum availability and performance of equipment and facilities, contributing to a circular economy model.

Location: Alcazarén, Spain

Responsibilities

Coordinate production, team organization, and shifts.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, suppliers, and spare parts.
Control container logistics, transportation, and stock.
Supervise material quality, production parameters, and waste sorting.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, manage incidents, and promote improvements.
Guarantee legal compliance and certifications (PEFC, FSC, CoC).
Monitor KPIs and support audits.
Coordinate staffing needs and internal communication.

Requirements

Education: Mandatory (technical training is valuable).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles in industrial environments.
Skills: Knowledge of raw materials and recycling processes, organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Language: User-level computer skills; English is desirable.

Knowledge: Understanding of raw materials and their treatment.
Skills: Organizational skills, problem-solving, and operational leadership.
