About the Position
Responsable de Projet Climat & Environnement – Adré
Acted is seeking a dedicated Responsable de Projet Climat & Environnement for our team in Adré, Tchad. This role involves leading climate and environmental projects to support vulnerable populations and respond to environmental challenges.

Requirements
- Experience: Experience in project management, particularly in climate and environmental projects, in an emergency and/or development context.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets.
- Team Coordination: Ability to coordinate and manage a team.
- Independence and Creativity: Ability to work independently and creatively on the field and in the capital.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Intercultural Skills: Strong ability to work in an intercultural context.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with institutional donors.
We Offer
- Salary: Based on the Acted salary scale, considering education level, expertise, security level, and experience.
- Living Allowance: $300 monthly.
- Housing and Food: Provided by Acted.
- Social Security, Health Insurance, and Repatriation Assistance: Covered by Acted.
- Transport: Fully covered every 6 months to the specified address on the employment contract.
- Visa Fees: Covered by Acted.
- Rest and Recuperation: Every 3 months, with flight tickets up to $500 and an additional allowance of $200.
- Pre-departure Preparation: One week including 4 days of immersive security training.
- Psychological Support: Consultation with a professional.
- International Position: This role is classified as an international position in Acted's recruitment grid. Eligibility for an international contract is required.

By 2025, the organization has implemented 11 projects for a budget of 10.5 million euros. Its operations are coordinated from NDjamena and implemented through 4 field bases in Bol and Daboua in Lac, Adré and Chokoyan in Ouaddai.
