The Aeroline Vertical is currently recruiting a Java Development Manager for its digital projects aimed at major players in the aeronautics and space world.

The main axes are as follows:

• Excellence Tech: Develop skills through craftsmanship and algorithm, improve development environments to meet time-to-market and quality challenges;
• Image Tech: Preparation and rehearsal of talks internally and externally, conferences, and writing tech articles;
• Human Development: Enable each developer and architect to find their path of evolution to the highest level, highlight the skills of experts!

Responsibilities

• Validate incoming requests, design, and estimates. Ensure good practices and means to guarantee the quality of technical achievements.
• Coordinate development actions on a given perimeter in interface with all actors (internal and external).
• Ensure the sustainability and coverage of test automation.
• Ensure technical documentation capitalization.
• Popularize and present technical subjects within teams. Be the relay of communities in the team.
• Support team developers and perform code reviews (PR/MR).
• Ensure the proper functioning of the continuous integration chain.
• Know the capabilities of each team member. Identify challenges proportionate to assign to them.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a full-stack Java/Angular developer.
• Experience in the industry and passion for the aerospace sector, avionics maintenance.
• Master's degree, engineering school, or equivalent.
