Responsibilities

• Technical installations and configurations of the product
• Writing documentation
• Deployments
• Monitoring team and individual objectives
• Setting and evaluating team's semester/annual goals
• Developing team members' skills
• Planning technical and soft skills training
• Increasing team and new recruits' competencies
• Managing employees' career plans: internal mobility, promotions, pathways
• Reporting activities
• Monitoring performance indicators and identifying points of vigilance
• Ensuring operational follow-up and quality of delivery

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT and at least 5 years in IT production
• Focus on methodology, efficiency, and ability to establish and follow a framework (KPIs, objectives, roadmap)
• Commitment, initiative, organization, methodology, and conflict management
• Effective escalation management
• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
• ITIL, Linux Redhat, SQL, and other certifications are a plus
