Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 per year

Responsibilities
As a Responsable d’intervention, you will:
- Ensure the safety, security, quality, and timely completion of maintenance operations at nuclear power plants.
- Manage and mobilize intervention teams (Framatome, subcontractors, partners) and evaluate their performance.
- Oversee the interface and relationship with clients, including logistics, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with work legislation and report any discrepancies or lessons learned to headquarters.
- Manage direct links with various support functions on-site and at headquarters.

Interventions can last from a few weeks to several months, depending on the type of mission and site conditions. Your activities may require weekend, holiday, and night work, as well as on-call duties and shift work.
Regardless of your residence location, the position is designed to accommodate your home base, with travel to sites in France and abroad. You will work on nuclear sites, and your employment is subject to an administrative investigation. You will be part of a team of over 800 professionals, technicians, and engineers.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in engineering (general/mechanical) or a technical university degree.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, electrotechnical, electronic, or process control.
Personal Skills:
- Strong interest in management and teamwork.
- Attraction to technical and innovative challenges.
- Ability to take a broad perspective and make decisions.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- High autonomy and rigor.
- Strong adaptability.
- Interest in export missions.
Additional Information:
- Valid driver's license (B) required.
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 785).
- Non-inaptitude for categories A and B (DATR) required.
