You join the Sopra Steria company within the Digital Platform Services entity, with a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.

Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you are likely to evolve within internal Sopra Steria teams in Infogérance-type services or you are directly integrated into client teams. You are accompanied by a dynamic team that will actively involve you in the overall project.

Your Role and Missions

As a Network Technical Manager, you will:

• Be the level 1 contact for senior experts
• Manage the Single Window which is composed of one person from each team
• Have a global vision of the client's network architecture
• Manage the Single Window: ensure its efficiency
• Have a vision of all MCO activities, notably being responsible for the technical instructions prioritized by the MOA / AMOA
• Be the interface with the client: the preferred contact point for all MCO transverse subjects
• Ensure good communication regarding MCO transverse activities
• Be a facilitator: simplify/centralize communication between activity managers and on transverse subjects
• Play a central role in continuous improvement, for example, aiming for a standardization of practices within different teams

Your Responsibilities

As a Transverse Technical Manager, you will:

• Ensure coordination between different recurring activities and external entities, you make the link between AMOA and AMOE for all transverse subjects
• Ensure that requests are well taken care of by the Single Window
• Be the entry point for any new project. You are invited to kick-off meetings to gather information, answer the first questions, and activate the competent team
• Participate, if necessary, in the needs expression workshops following the kick-off meeting to "refine" the need based on technical referents to set up the necessary production device
• Write the impact analysis note by identifying the different settings of the concerned network systems
• Perform the appropriate configuration patches for delivery to the sites

Finally, you are responsible for:

• The process of delivering deliverables, i.e., ensuring that the teams have followed the quality process implemented (checklist) before delivering AMOE productions to the sites and MOA
• The update and quality of configuration reference materials, you check with the action holder that the expected process has been respected

Required Skills

• Network knowledge: IP protocol and addressing, Ethernet protocol and addressing, VLAN, IP Routing, MPLS and VPN, Multicast, Network Supervision
• Mastery and development of different network and security architectures
• Firewall Administration
• Technical Expertise
• Incident Analysis
• Good ability to acquire and adapt to the client's operation and organization
• Good ability to assimilate client knowledge, processes, and tools
• Project Management: knowledge of methods and tools, costing, planning and prioritization, sequencing and breakdown of activity, monitoring, identification of deliverables...
• Good writing skills: synthesis and clarity of speech, formalism and graphic charters, Network diagrams (Visio), writing technical documents
• Proactivity: advice and expertise both internally and with the client
• Team project and preparation/follow-up meeting animation
• Functional and technical manager (Schedule management / leave, Recruitment, Training...)

About the Company

Graduated from a Bac+5 and delivered from an Engineer school or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position.

Your English level is operational.

You are autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic.

You also have a good sense of service and client relations.

JUNIPER (JNCIA, JNCIS) and CISCO (CCNA), FORTIGATE (NSE4), STORMSHIELD (CSNA) certifications would be a plus.
