About the Position
We are seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist for a retail company in Western Ukraine to analyze household data and improve business processes.

This role is for a retail company operating in Western Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate in this role will collect and analyze household data, such as population, income, spending in Western Ukraine by conducting primary and secondary researches; various data on retail competitive landscape, other store-by-store sales and customer traffic data.
- He or she will conduct benchmarking analysis and make recommendations for improvement of existing internal business processes.
- The candidate will also develop, organize and oversee customer surveys. This role anticipates close cooperation with Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, Operations departments and store managers in order to gather and consolidate inputs regarding changes in consumer spending and competitive marketplace, as well as prepare trends reports for senior management.
- The candidate in this role is expected to provide inputs in assortment selection and promo-campaigns.
