Responsibilities

As a Brand Ads/Retail Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with Pharma/Beauty brands, driving retail media revenues, and delivering best-in-class marketing solutions within a dynamic quick-commerce environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing relationships with Pharma/Beauty brands and strategic partners.
  • Creating and selling retail media and promotional solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital.
  • Analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing optimization recommendations based on KPIs and business goals.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams including Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, and Trade Marketing.
  • Supporting brands in effectively managing marketing and trade budgets within the retail ecosystem.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new business growth opportunities in retail media.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in media, product marketing, retail media, or market strategy.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce and retail media ecosystem.
  • Experience in building media offerings and value propositions for brands.
  • Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Experience working directly with Pharma/Beauty brands and understanding their marketing/trade budget structures.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent Polish and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in driving sales of retail media to Pharma/Beauty brands.
  • Experience in recommending advertising products based on data and brands' needs and objectives.
  • Experience in ensuring flawless execution of Retail Media campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing the performance of ad campaigns, assessing the impact on Brands and Glovo's overall performance.
