About the Position

Retail Real Estate Development Manager

Join our international retail company as a Retail Real Estate Development Manager to expand our store network in Romania.

Responsibilities

• Performing an analysis of the local real estate market
• Identifying the optimal locations for expanding the store network, in accordance with the company’s requirements and development strategy
• Conducting field visits to evaluate potential locations
• Requesting and managing documents related to the property and/or owner
• Presenting the best location options for expansion
• Providing support to the technical department in order to obtain all the necessary approvals and permits for the design of future stores
• Representing the company in relations with third parties

Requirements

• Experience in the real estate field – is an advantage
• Completed higher education
• English language – intermediate level
• Russian or Ukrainian language – is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Motivated, dynamic person, proactive attitude
• Good knowledge of operating MS Office programs
• Category B driving license
• Availability to travel
