About the Position
Retention Manager

About the Role:
The Retention Manager is responsible for building and maintaining effective communication with users throughout their lifecycle on the project. The main goal of the role is to increase user financial metrics, their engagement level, and extend the interaction time with the product.
Role Includes Two Key Areas:
- Building and developing automated retention campaigns that cover the full user lifecycle;
- Launching and maintaining one-time promotional campaigns to support audience engagement and financial metrics.
Within This Position, You Will Also Have the Opportunity:
- Work with new direct marketing channels;
- Test and implement new audience segmentation approaches;
- Participate in the creation and approval of creatives for communications;
- Generate, test, and validate hypotheses aimed at improving user experience on the project.
Main Tasks:
- Creation of automated and one-time campaigns using direct communication channels: email, SMS, web push, app push, Telegram bot, etc.;
- Setting tasks for the Content team;
- Setting tasks for the Design team;
- Analyzing the results of conducted campaigns and finding ways to optimize them;
- Setting up and maintaining bonus programs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with CRM admin panels (in-house or SaaS solutions);
- Understanding of audience segmentation principles and retention approaches;
- Understanding of email marketing principles and working with direct communication channels;
- Attention to detail, consistency, and systematic work.
Will Be a Plus:
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
