About the Position
Retention marketing specialist
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team and focus on customer retention and loyalty programs.
Responsibilities
- Automation of campaigns, creation, setup, and support of omnichannel chains (Esputnik);
- Organization of a set of activities for customer retention and return in direct communication channels;
- Development and coordination of loyalty programs;
- Management and analysis of trigger emails/SMS notifications/Push alerts;
- Processing product analytics, drafting technical tasks for creating necessary reports;
- Conducting competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for customer retention.
Requirements
- Experience in Direct Marketing/CRM/Marketing Automation from 1 year;
- Experience in developing communication strategies from scratch (email, chatbots, SMS, web-push, Viber, etc.);
- Proficient writing skills (sales, trigger, content, reactivation);
- Knowledge in email marketing automation and setting up trigger email campaigns;
- Experience in conducting A/B testing, setup, and launching;
- Experience working with subscriber databases;
- Knowledge of key retention and email marketing metrics: (LTV, Click Rate, Open Rate, CTR, Domain Reputation, Delivery Rate, Spam Complaint Rate, etc.);
- Ability to analyze company data and make data-driven decisions;
- Willingness to work towards clear KPIs;
- Desire to develop in new directions.
