Responsibilities
- Work closely with the customer retention team to develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in retention efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer retention or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
