About the Position
We are seeking a Retirement Plan Administration Specialist for a freelance project in Chile. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for retirement plan compliance and administration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct year-end testing for DC plans and 5500s for terminating DC plans (EZ, SF, and large)
- Draft termination resolutions
- Communicate with clients throughout the termination process
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retirement plan administration experience
- Experience with plan terminations and/or plan documents is ideal
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Passion for helping people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
- Proven ability to think analytically and operate independently within set deadlines
- Team player with ownership and initiative
- QKA certifications

About the Company
The Retirement Plan Administration (RPA) team is responsible for the compliance testing, government reporting, plan terminations, and retirement plan compliance for our client’s bundled clients. This team is the go-to subject matter experts on qualified retirement plan rules and operations, often operating as an internal consulting group, defining and guiding retirement plan specific strategic, operational, and product improvements across the company.
