Responsibilities

As a Retoucher, you will be responsible for:

• Performing detailed skin, body, and color retouching while keeping a natural, realistic look
• Adjusting lighting, tones, and contrast for balanced, high-quality results
• Removing distractions or imperfections (stray hair, wrinkles, dust, etc.)
• Preparing and exporting final images for web and print
• Maintaining consistent visual style and quality across all photos
• Organizing and managing files efficiently to support the production workflow
• Collaborating with photographers, editors, and creative team members

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
• Proven experience in professional photo retouching (portfolio required)
• Excellent sense of color, lighting, and texture
• Attention to detail and consistency under tight deadlines
• Ability to handle large batches of photos while maintaining quality
• Basic understanding of composition and visual storytelling

Nice to Have

• Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle photography
• Familiarity with Retouch4me, Capture One, or other AI-based tools
• Experience working with RAW files and color-calibrated workflows
