About the Role
At Preply, we are dedicated to creating life-changing learning experiences. As a Revenue Operations & Systems Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our GTM systems, data quality, and cross-functional workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our revenue tooling, build reliable automations, maintain clean CRM processes, and contribute to reporting that helps leaders make better decisions. You’ll work closely with senior RevOps and GTM stakeholders and grow into deeper ownership over time.
Responsibilities
Systems & Tooling
- Manage our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Vitally, Netsuite): triage issues, improve configurations, and help maintain strong data integrity.
- Drive implementation and change projects, such as revamping attribution rules, implementing a new Sales->CS handover process, or automating our Quota to cash process.
- Be the owner of CRM hygiene (fields, validation, routing, deduplication, lifecycle stages) and ensure teams follow consistent standards.
- Help run deal governance operations, by owning the deal desk process, Leadership approval flows, and finance/legal handoff.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual work using automation tools (Salesforce automation, Zapier/n8n, Cargo/Clay, Vitally Playbooks).
Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and reporting in Salesforce for funnel and pipeline metrics.
- Support analysis on performance drivers (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, churn/retention trends) and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Help prepare recurring metric updates for GTM leadership (weekly/monthly reporting packs, data quality checks, KPI tracking).
Cross-functional Operations
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to troubleshoot process gaps, improve adoption, and keep workflows consistent.
- Contribute to enablement materials (process docs, short Looms, “how-to” guides) so teams can self-serve.
- Support strategic projects (territory hygiene, lifecycle definition, pipeline processes, pricing or packaging changes) with clean data and operational execution.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, BizOps, or GTM Systems roles (B2B SaaS or high-growth environment preferred).
- Deep technical fluency in Salesforce (independently owning platform strategy, design and build advanced automations, troubleshoot integration errors, and configure objects, fields, and reports).
- Salesforce certified: Salesforce Certified Administrator is required. Advanced Administrator, Platform Builder, SalesCloud consultant, and other certifications are a strong plus.
- GTM tool familiarity: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Outreach, and Salesloft. Familiarity with Gong or a similar call recording/analytics tool.
- Automation mindset: Experience with no-code tools (Zapier, n8n) and genuine interest in learning APIs and AI workflow automation.
- Operational rigor: Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable in managing requests, QA’ing changes, and maintaining documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Vitally, Netsuite, Clay/Cargo, or similar tools.
- Business acumen: understands how RevOps connects to revenue outcomes and can frame technical decisions in business terms.
- Strong communication skills: able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical GTM stakeholders.
We Offer
- An open, collaborative, dynamic, and diverse culture.
- A generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com, Learning & Development budget, and time off for your self-development.
- A competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance, and health insurance.
- Not in Barcelona? We offer an attractive relocation package to join us in our Preply Barcelona Hub.
- Access to free mental health support platforms.
- Access to Gympass-partnered wellness and gym centers throughout Spain to promote and support well-being and physical health.
- The opportunity to unlock the potential of learners and tutors through language learning and teaching in 175 countries (and counting!).
