PURPOSE

As a Reward Manager, you will be part of our Global Reward team, helping to shape and deliver our Global Reward strategy to attract, retain, motivate and reward our people, support business growth and enable a high-performing culture through ongoing transformation.

You will collaborate with People Business Partners, People Country Managers and other People teams across the globe to develop and manage reward programmes that support employee engagement and business success. You will provide trusted Reward expertise and practical, data-led solutions, helping ensure our programmes remain competitive, fair, compliant and financially sustainable in local markets.

As part of the Global Reward team, you will contribute to the design, implementation and management of compensation and benefits programmes aligned with our business objectives and the diverse needs of our workforce. The role requires a global mindset combined with local understanding, broad compensation and benefits expertise, strong analytical capability and the agility to manage multiple priorities through effective internal and external networks.

Responsibilities

  • Global Compensation and Market Alignment:

    • Develop, manage and implement salary structures and compensation reference tools, ensuring they remain practical, consistent and aligned with SITA's Reward framework.
    • Carry out job evaluation using the Hay methodology and market pricing for requested roles, ensuring new and changing roles are aligned with SITA's career framework and supported by clear, documented rationale.
    • Manage regional market information through participation in salary and benefits surveys, supplier relationships and professional networks, translating external data into clear and relevant insights.
    • Benchmark regional and local remuneration practices and provide analysis and recommendations to support appropriate market positioning, affordability and consistent decision-making.
  • Global Benefit Programmes:

    • Oversee the design and management of employee benefit programmes to ensure they are competitive, inclusive and cost-effective. Work through People Country Managers, benefits administrators and Operations teams to ensure renewals and changes are delivered with appropriate governance.
    • Manage the budget provision process for benefit programmes.
    • Manage relationships with the global benefits management vendor, brokers, consultants and other external partners.
  • Reward Guidelines, Communication and Capability Building:

    • Maintain accurate, accessible and up-to-date Reward information, guidance and decision-support materials for People teams and other relevant stakeholders on internal platforms.
    • Develop and deliver training and briefings for People teams, enabling them to apply Reward policies and programmes consistently and support effective pay and benefits conversations with managers and employees.
  • Reporting, Analytics and Data Quality:

    • Partner with People Analytics and Solutions teams to develop and improve dashboards, reporting and decision-support tools, turning complex remuneration data into clear insights and recommendations.
    • Monitor and manage Reward elements in People Central and related systems to maintain accurate data, effective controls and reliable Reward processes. Identify opportunities to simplify and automate work, using emerging technology and AI-enabled tools responsibly and with appropriate attention to data privacy, security and bias.
  • Reward Strategy and Design Consultancy for allocated GEOs, Countries and Businesses:

    • Develop, analyse and implement Reward strategies and solutions for allocated areas within the overall Global Reward framework, working primarily through People Business Partners, People Country Managers and other People team stakeholders.
    • Monitor market competitiveness and internal equity through regular benchmarking, pay-positioning and pay-equity analysis, and support evolving pay-transparency and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage and support the implementation of global Reward programmes, including annual compensation planning, incentive plans and sales incentives, across allocated populations.
    • Provide practical consultancy on compensation and benefits matters to People Business Partners, People Country Managers and specialist People teams, supporting them in their engagement with business leaders and managers.
    • Lead or coordinate high-priority Reward projects and annual processes across countries and functions, including support for organisational change, acquisitions and integrations where required.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Reward, compensation and/or benefits, ideally gained in an international, matrixed organisation. Five or more years' experience would typically provide the breadth required, but applications will be considered based on overall capability and experience.
  • Broad technical knowledge of compensation and benefits, including market benchmarking, Hay job evaluation, salary structures, annual pay review, incentives and benefit renewals.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data, develop scenarios and translate findings into clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex Reward topics simply across cultures and audiences.
  • Strong consulting, influencing and relationship-building skills, particularly with People Business Partners, People Country Managers and specialist teams.
  • Sound judgement and solution-focused problem solving, including knowing when to act independently and when to escalate.
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; experience with HR systems, Reward technology, Power BI or similar analytical tools would be an advantage.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including understanding of affordability, budgets and total employment costs.
  • Strong project and change-delivery skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple contributors, dependencies and deadlines.
  • Digital curiosity and confidence using technology, automation and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve analysis and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive employee and compensation data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity and deliver accurate outcomes at pace.

Education & Qualifications
