About the Position

Are you passionate about the impact of total reward on an organization’s culture and success? Tipico, Germany's leading sports betting provider and part of Banijay Gaming, is looking for a Reward Specialist (m/f/x) to join our team in Malta. We seek a creative and energized individual to support our Human Resources department in ensuring Tipico remains competitive in the marketplace. The main purpose of this role is to support the design and implementation of reward and recognition frameworks that reinforce our values, engage our people, and enable us to be recognized as an 'Employer of Choice.'

Responsibilities

• Partner with colleagues to review, refine, and strengthen our Reward framework, ensuring we stay competitive in the talent league.
• Gather and analyze Reward data to evaluate the effectiveness of our compensation, remuneration, and benefits programs.
• Support key annual Reward initiatives, including Salary Reviews, Benchmarking Surveys, Job Evaluations, and Benefits reviews.
• Turn complex data into clear, insightful reports that help drive informed decision-making.
• Keep a close eye on market trends, emerging practices, and industry developments, ensuring our Reward strategy stays ahead of the game.
• Collaborate with HR teams to provide valuable Reward insights and recommendations that enhance the employee experience.
• Help shape Reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent while supporting business goals.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Reward Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role.
• Skills:

  • Collaboration & Organisation: Thrive in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Solution-Focused: Find smarter ways of working, tackle challenges head-on, and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Comfortable working with numbers, strong Excel skills, and enjoy turning data into insights.
  • Reward Know-How: Understand the fundamentals of job grading, salary benchmarking, and market analysis, ideally with experience using tools such as Willis Towers Watson.
