  • Help develop analytical methodologies and solutions that can be standardized and scaled across markets.

Requirements

  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand their challenges, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and analytical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to independently query, explore, and analyze complex datasets.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience in pricing analytics, particularly price elasticity modeling, demand analysis, or price-volume relationships.
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, Strategic Revenue Management, Revenue Growth Management, pricing, or commercial analytics is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with FMCG datasets such as sales, pricing, promotions, SKU/customer hierarchies, market share, or competitor data is an advantage.
  • Experience with external data sources such as NielsenIQ, Circana, or similar providers is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
