About the Position

Our client, a leading provider of high-quality turnkey gaming platform solutions, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Risk Agent to join their team in Limassol. They deliver end-to-end services for the online gaming industry, including casino and sportsbook platforms, operations, CRM, licensing, player management, payment processing, and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Process new client account openings in line with KYC and internal procedures
  • Review and update existing client accounts, ensuring documentation and information remain accurate and valid
  • Monitor customer accounts and transactions to identify potential fraud or unusual activity
  • Investigate, document, and escalate suspicious transactions in accordance with company policies
  • Review and process customer deposit and withdrawal requests
  • Communicate with banks and payment service providers when required
  • Use internal risk, fraud, and payment systems to help maintain healthy deposit conversion rates and acceptable chargeback levels
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth client experience and operational efficiency
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Escalate complex or unclear issues to management when necessary

Requirements

  • Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts:
    • 08:00 – 16:00
    • 16:00 – 00:00
    • 00:00 – 08:00
  • No prior experience required (experience in payments, risk, or operations is a plus)
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using computers; basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
  • European citizenship is required
