We are currently seeking a Risk Operations Manager to join our Risk Management Department in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective risk management across our trading activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Trading Activity: Ensure compliance with risk limits and internal policies.
• Manage Tickets: Ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Create and Maintain Documentation: Include instructions, SOPs, and checklists.
• Handle Operational Issues: Coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Identify High-Risk Situations: Escalate as necessary.
• Share Updates: Communicate risk-related information with traders, broker management, and operations teams.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Background in operational or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and operational issue resolution.
• Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Languages:
  • English: B1+
  • Ukrainian: Working proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of trading is a strong plus.
