Risk Specialist

About the Position

Join PayU as a Risk Specialist to strengthen risk management in a dynamic fintech environment, focusing on operational resilience and ICT risk. In this role, you’ll have a real impact on operational resilience, ICT risk, business continuity, and the continuous improvement of our risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Risk Management: Apply good understanding of risk management principles and processes.
• MS Office: Utilize very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and clear, logical thinking.
• Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Show excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business needs and different situations.

Requirements

• Experience: Middle-level experience.
• Skills:
  • Good understanding of risk management principles and processes
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear, logical thinking
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business needs and different situations
