We are currently looking for a Risk Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Overall control of the company’s compliance with the Risk Management Strategy, risk appetite declaration, and credit policy.
- Timely identification, measurement, monitoring, control, mitigation, and reporting to company management on material risks.
- Monitoring and prevention of violations of risk appetite indicators and risk limits, control of indicators approaching risk appetite and risk limits.
- Credit risk analysis (calculation of reserves under IFRS 9, forecasting the impact of credit risks on financial results and capital, impact on credit risk ratios).
- Participation in the development of the company’s internal regulations.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics/finance.
- Experience in the banking/financial sector for 3+ years.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and tax accounting.
- Experience working in international and/or large national companies in the above-mentioned areas.
- Skills in working with SQL and P&L and large data sets.
- Analysis of enterprise financial statements and data analysis.
- Conclusions based on analysis results, vertical and horizontal analysis, ratio analysis.
- Creative approach to tasks and unconventional thinking. With progressive views.
- Successful project implementation experience.
- Ability to build team relationships on a trusting, friendly basis.
