About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Robot Learning Engineer to adapt learned behavior to robotic systems, connecting demonstrations, simulation, and physical validation.
Location
Kyiv / remote
Responsibilities
- Build demonstration datasets and repeatable robot-learning experiments.
- Adapt imitation-learning and vision-language-action policies to specific tasks.
- Work with engineering on deployment, instrumentation, and safe test boundaries.
Requirements
- Experience with robot learning, imitation learning, or embodied ML.
- Ability to work across model code, data collection, and robotic interfaces.
- A disciplined approach to reproducibility and physical-system failure analysis.
Useful Evidence
- A robot-learning project, benchmark reproduction, or relevant research contribution.
- Experience with teleoperation and real-world policy evaluation is useful.
