Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and rigorously test ROS2 architecture and C++ modules for autonomous platforms.
- Integrate sensors and actuators to ensure software performs as required by the hardware layer.
- Develop diagnostic tooling and failure-analysis pipelines to enhance reliability.
- Validate control logic using simulation environments and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
- Package and ship production-grade software to edge compute hardware, ensuring quality through rigorous testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and shipping production ROS2 systems in modern C++.
- Ability to design software with modularity and maintainability in mind.
- Hands-on experience integrating and testing custom mechatronic systems.
- Experience developing diagnostic systems and tooling for detecting failures.
- Proficiency in Linux development environments and modern testing methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with low-level motor control interfaces, RTOS, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and rapid prototyping.
