Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore personnel mobilisation and crew changes.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and visa requirements where required.
• Maintain personnel records, certification, and competency documentation.
• Ensure offshore workers meet training and compliance requirements.
• Issue joining instructions and mobilisation packs.
• Liaise with offshore personnel, project teams, and external suppliers.
• Update crewing databases and workforce planning systems.
• Support the wider Crewing team with day-to-day administrative activities.
• Assist with rota planning and personnel availability tracking.

Requirements

• Previous experience in crewing, mobilisation, personnel logistics, recruitment coordination, or workforce administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating travel and personnel movements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Offshore energy, marine, shipping, or subsea industry experience would be advantageous.
