About the Position

Розробник Data and Cloud з GCP

Join Sii as a Data and Cloud Developer (GCP) to develop a modern data platform and business applications on Google Cloud Platform. We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for developing the data platform, system integration, and building applications supporting key business processes. The work is hybrid, with an average presence in the office in Płock about 3 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, developing, and maintaining solutions based on Google Cloud Platform
• Developing data integration processes and participating in their design
• Implementing and improving ETL/ELT processes
• Maintaining and developing data workflows in Cloud Composer
• Data modeling in BigQuery along with developing existing structures
• Executing and developing Dataform projects
• Monitoring solution performance, optimizing, and troubleshooting performance issues
• Ensuring data quality and implementing quality control mechanisms
• Preparing technical and operational documentation
• Developing data architecture

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Data Engineer, or Cloud Developer
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT process design
• Practical experience working with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery and Apache Airflow / Cloud Composer
• Ability to design and develop REST APIs and build web applications
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and LLM AI tools supporting the development process
• Experience in creating technical documentation and working in an Agile environment
• Fluent in Polish
• Communicative English skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dataform and building and developing data warehouses
• Knowledge of Angular or Low-Code platforms supporting business application development
• Previous work in production/industrial environments and knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality issues
