About the Position

We are seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to join one of the largest Microsoft Business Applications teams in Poland. We work with a wide portfolio of international projects across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, insurance, banking, and fashion.

As a member of our Competence Center, you will take part in CRM system implementations and enhancements, as well as develop applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing business solutions in MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, including integrations with external systems
• Creating new business functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and maintaining existing ones
• Modelling and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform processes and functionalities according to client needs
• Troubleshooting and identifying system-related issues, testing, and documenting your work
• Estimating effort for project tasks and collaborating with consultants and developers in preparing solutions for clients

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in programming for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (C#,.NET)
• Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Good command of the English language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
