Role Overview

This role’s primary mandate is to transform the execution of risk deliverables through automation, reducing manual touchpoints, enhancing control, and improving operational efficiency. The candidate will partner with Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to assess processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to the firm’s strategic transformation agenda.

Requirements

5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within Operations, Automation, or Transformation roles
Prior experience in automation-led transformation of reporting or operational processes
Strong hands-on experience with firm-supported automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Power Automate / Power BI)
Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end automation projects, from requirement gathering through deployment
Experience in process mapping, workflow redesign, and data-driven problem solving
Solid project management capability with experience managing delivery timelines and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of Operational Risk frameworks and controls
Understanding of Fixed Income products and operations workflows
Familiarity with data workflows involving extraction, transformation, and reporting

Measurable reduction in manual effort across the book of work
Delivery of automation initiatives in line with defined project plans and timelines
Improved data quality, control environment, and reporting efficiency
Contribution to scaling automation adoption across the team
