About the Position

Responsibilities
- Developing new features from end to end.
- Handling the technical integration.
- Fixing production bugs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
- Engineering background, Dev and/or Archi.
- Excellent management and communication skills.
- Leadership and excellent relationship (with other teams).
- World-class organizational skills adapted to a startup.
