Ruby on Rails Developer – Junior/Middle

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior/Middle Ruby on Rails Developer to join our Engineering & Tech team in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOFTSWISS’ software solutions using Ruby on Rails.
• Work on interesting, cutting-edge projects.
• Troubleshoot and debug potential technical problems.
• Help develop technological solutions to enhance system productivity and efficacy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience in developing scalable backend services.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Clickhouse, etc.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Clickhouse for database development.
