About the Position

Responsibilities
- Building web applications in Ruby on Rails and other technologies used in the project
- Creating code documentation
- Fixing identified bugs
- Increasing the performance of existing solutions
- Performing code refactoring and code reviews
- Designing and implementing tech solutions
- Supporting junior and mid-level developers with your knowledge and experience
- Planning new functionalities
Requirements
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
- Understanding and use of Ruby on Rails gems and plugins
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle
- Agile software development approach and their role in it
- Fluency in the required languages
Nice to Have
- Experience in the specific industry we operate in
- Previous experience with similar projects
