About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and contribute to our software development projects. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or have extensive experience, we have tailored job descriptions and ad templates for junior, mid, and senior Ruby on Rails developers.

Responsibilities

• Building web applications in Ruby on Rails and other technologies used in the project
• Creating code documentation
• Fixing identified bugs
• Increasing the performance of existing solutions
• Performing code refactoring and code reviews
• Designing and implementing tech solutions
• Supporting junior and mid-level developers with your knowledge and experience
• Planning new functionalities

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
• Understanding and use of Ruby on Rails gems and plugins
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile software development approach
• Problem-solving attitude and effective communication skills
