About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer with over 12 years of experience to lead high-performing teams and deliver scalable distributed applications on AWS infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers supporting financial domains.
- Implement critical billing features and applications.
- Design and optimize architecture for faster onboarding.
- Develop and implement AWS load balancing, auto-scaling, and RDS integrations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Proven expertise in Ruby, Ruby on Rails (including APIs, versions 4/6/7), GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, React.js, JavaScript, Apache Kafka, Git, Google Cloud, Docker, Python, Angular, and Elixir.
- Experience in managing teams and delivering scalable distributed applications on AWS infrastructure.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Redis or Memcached caching.
- Open-source contributions.
