About the Position

We are seeking a Mobile Communication Expert to join our team in Poland, specializing in assessing and documenting transportation-related damages.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client contacts and scheduling inspections
• Performing inspections related to transportation damages
• Determining the cause and circumstances of the incident
• Preparing technical documentation
• Qualifying damage and calculating the value of damages
• Entering data into systems
• Maintaining telephone contact with the client
• Ensuring adherence to customer service standards
• Collaborating with other colleagues in the process of damage liquidation

Requirements

• Knowledge of expert systems for estimating transportation damages (AUDANET / EUROTAX / INFOEKSPERT)
• Experience in damage liquidation
• Experience in assessing damage qualifications and selecting repair technologies in transportation damages
• High personal culture
• Customer orientation and honesty
• Basic knowledge of substantive damage liquidation
• Driving license category B
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
