Job description

About the Position

SaaS Operations Analyst – Cloud Commerce (remote in Kazakhstan)

Mirantis is seeking a Marketplace Operations Analyst to own the technical health, listing administration, and operational execution across our cloud digital channels - including AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and our Direct Webstore. Sitting within Business Applications, you will manage enterprise B2B private offers, streamline catalog updates, drive Jira delivery sprints, and optimise system data flows into NetSuite ERP.

Note: This is an enterprise B2B SaaS and cloud infrastructure position-not a B2C retail role.

Responsibilities

Marketplace & Channel Operations

  • Own the operational health, listing accuracy, and catalog completeness across the Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace.
  • Coordinate product onboarding, updates, and deprecations: pricing, SKUs, license entitlements, descriptions, and media assets.
  • Manage enterprise B2B Private Offer workflows (AWS/Azure) end-to-end: initiation, approval, fulfilment, and post-sale handoff to Customer Success.
  • Liaise with AWS and Azure partner teams on listing certifications, SaaS metering integrations, and marketplace co-sell program requirements.

Agile Delivery & Operations

  • Maintain a consolidated operational tracker (Jira) across all active digital commerce initiatives, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Drive sprint planning, async standups, and delivery cadences; surface blockers early with clear context and proposed resolutions.
  • Maintain RAID logs, decision records, and stakeholder updates throughout project lifecycles.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT): define test scenarios, assign testers, consolidate results, and own release sign-offs.
  • Drive process automation with an AI-first mindset-identify repetitive operational workflows and lead their automation using tools like Claude Enterprise.

Systems & Business Analysis

  • Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements for digital commerce initiatives: listing updates, checkout logic, entitlement rules, pricing structures, and API changes.
  • Produce clear BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams for Engineering and QA.
  • Map end-to-end data flows across the B2B stack - Webstore, NetSuite ERP, AWS/Azure Metering APIs - identifying integration gaps and proposing solutions.
  • Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AWS/Azure Marketplace technical mechanics: metering APIs, SaaS contract billing, and private offer structures.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Deliver weekly and monthly status updates to Business Applications leadership, Finance, and Sales covering channel activity, launch status, and fulfillment health.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards (Looker / Snowflake / Google Sheets) tracking marketplace GMV, private offer turnaround times, fulfillment SLAs, and entitlement activation rates.
  • Partner with Finance as the primary operational point-of-contact for order reconciliation, entitlement provisioning, and period-close data requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales to provide marketplace deal analytics and fulfillment visibility that support pipeline reviews and forecasting.
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring operations: listing updates, promo setups, refund processing, and license provisioning.

Requirements

Required

  • 2+ years in a business analysis, systems analysis, or operations role covering B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or digital sales channels.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace management (listing administration, B2B private offers, SaaS contracts, or metering APIs).
  • Proficiency using Jira for agile sprint/task tracking and Confluence for technical documentation and SOPs.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and data warehousing tools (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or equivalent) to build and maintain operational dashboards independently.
  • Strong written communication skills: ability to author BRDs, SOPs, status reports, and stakeholder updates independently and on time.
  • Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first environment across global time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with enterprise subscription billing platforms, payment gateways (Stripe), or B2B webstore engines.
  • Exposure to ERP or financial systems (NetSuite) from an order management or reporting perspective.
  • Experience in QA or UAT coordination (writing test cases, managing testing cycles, driving sign-off).
  • Exposure to AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, or no-code integrations) for workflow automation.
  • General understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or containerised software product categories

We Offer

  • Work with an established Silicon Valley leader in the cloud infrastructure industry.
  • Work with exceptionally passionate, talented, and engaging colleagues, helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers implement next-generation cloud technologies.
  • Be a part of cutting-edge, open-source innovation.
  • Thrive in the high-energy environment of a young company where openness, collaboration, risk-taking, and continuous growth are valued.
  • Professional development and training.
  • Attend conferences and working groups.
  • Company outings, happy hours, hackathons, and tech talks.
  • Receive a competitive compensation package with a strong benefits plan.
