Responsibilities

• Independently review and decide on time-bound applications for approved outpatient medical services, such as artificial insemination and cryopreservation.
• With your expertise, process cost reimbursement applications conclusively, assess services, and initiate reimbursements considering insurance and contribution law entitlements.
• Evaluate objections and complaints professionally, check possible remedies, and prepare the necessary documents for the objection office. Additionally, you will request MD reports and assess their results.
• As a competent contact person, advise insured individuals, service providers, and internal partners on medical issues, services, treatment processes, and cost reimbursements, and refer them to the responsible departments if necessary.
• Furthermore, contribute to functional processes by checking the functionality of ongoing processes and participating in the development and adjustment of customer correspondence.

Requirements

• With your completed training as a Social Insurance Clerk (m/w/d), as a Commercial Employee in Healthcare (m/w/d), or with your completed vocational training combined with several years of experience in statutory health insurance, you can become part of our team.
• You already have professional experience in the GKV business, ideally knowledge in the area of approved medical services.
• You think service-oriented, have experience in telephone and personal customer advice, and remain calm even in complex cases.

• Your attractive remuneration is secured under our BAT-AOK-Neu collective agreement – with an annual gross salary (full-time) of approx. 43,300 EUR to 50,800 EUR.
