Your Role at TOKO
You will take on a central function in order processing and ensure that our national and international customer orders are processed reliably and on time.
You will be the organizational interface between sales, production, and logistics, ensuring that all processes from order entry to delivery are seamlessly integrated.
With your eye for detail, you will coordinate shipping processes, export and customs documents, as well as coordination with internal and external partners, thereby significantly contributing to delivery capability and customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks – What You Can Expect
You will ensure that order and shipping processes run smoothly and on time in daily business.
- Creation of delivery notes and invoices for national and international orders
- Handling of shipping, export, and customs processes including required documentation
- Organization and management of goods and delivery processes
- Coordination of transports and support of route planning
- Maintenance and verification of supplier data and supplier declarations
- Monitoring of inventories and support in recalculation
- Coordination with internal departments such as production, quality assurance, and sales
Requirements
Technical:
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in order processing / export / logistics
- Knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills
