Responsibilities

As a Sachbearbeiter Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär (m/w/d) in the Facility Management department, you will actively contribute to the development of the region every day:

Independent and self-managed care of assigned maintenance objects in the HKLS trades
Coordination, initiation, and supervision of maintenance, repair, and maintenance measures to ensure timely and qualitative implementation
Participation in budget planning, including independent cost estimation and control to ensure financial efficiency and transparency
Creation and updating of operating instructions as well as conducting hazard assessments, instructions, and safety briefings
Independent conception, execution, and management of technical projects

Requirements

Successfully completed technical training with further education to master or technician, preferably in the field of heating, climate, sanitation, or ventilation technology
Relevant professional experience and comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
Proficient use of MS-Office and SAP as well as a valid driver's license class B
Participation in technical training and regular standby duties
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a solution-oriented approach with high flexibility and service and customer orientation
