we are Leonora and Michael, the deputy team leader and team leader of the Mail Team for the Fonds

Finanz.

Our team is responsible for the complete application processing and written communication

between our sales partners and insurance companies. To continue providing excellent communication

as an interface, we are now looking for reinforcement!

Responsibilities

You handle the entire application process and prepare for automatic data entry.
You are responsible for the written processing requests of our business partners and answer them via email.
You organize the entire inbox of our department, forward emails to the responsible parties, and make changes to insurance contracts.
You process and manage insurance documents.
You research and handle open cases.
You look beyond the immediate task and support the improvement of work processes.

Requirements

You have a commercial education or comparable professional experience.
You do not need insurance knowledge.
You are strong in communication and enjoy written customer support.
You value the exchange with your colleagues and actively contribute to common goals.
You are characterized by a structured way of working.
You are proficient in MS Office programs.
You have very good German skills (at least C1 level) in speech and writing.
