About the Position
Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst DACH-Region (m/w/d)
WEICON GmbH & Co. KG, a leading developer and producer of chemical specialty products, is seeking a dedicated Sachbearbeiter*in for the sales support team in the DACH region. If you have a knack for commerce and communication and are eager to collaborate with colleagues and customers in the DACH region, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Manage domestic customer relations in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Daily Operations: Handle tasks such as offer and order processing, customer correspondence via email and phone, and complaint management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture customer relationships.
- Data Management: Perform master data entry and maintenance.
- Condition Management: Manage pricing conditions.
- Special Tasks: Undertake special tasks and projects within the sales support department.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve sales processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken).
- Engaged, motivated, and self-reliant work approach.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Digital affinity and openness to AI-supported working methods.
- Team spirit and motivation to drive WEICON forward.
