Sachbearbeiter (w/m/d) Seefracht Import
Rhenus Freight Logistics GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated Sachbearbeiter (w/m/d) Seefracht Import to join our team in Hallbergmoos, DE. This role involves supporting international sea freight operations and maintaining strong customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Support the import operations for international sea freight shipments (FCL / LCL).
- Act as a competent contact person for our international customers and agents.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure timely customs clearance and prepare all necessary transport documents.
- Manage cost-effective processing and billing.
Requirements
- A vocational training as a Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
- Alternatively, a comparable qualification with knowledge in sea freight logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good English skills.
- Reliable, communicative, and assertive personality.
- Self-motivated team player with an efficient working style and commercial foresight.
