About the Position
Safeguarding and Welfare Advisor
Together Active, Stafford (Hybrid)
£35,000 per year
We are looking for a passionate and person-centered individual to join us at Together Active, as our Safeguarding and Welfare Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Embed safeguarding as a core part of our culture.
- Support colleagues and partners through complex safeguarding situations.
- Ensure a culture where people's welfare is everyone's responsibility.
Requirements
- Sound judgement and empathy.
- Confidence in supporting colleagues and partners.
- Ability to view safeguarding as an integral part of creating positive experiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience in community development or related fields.
- Understanding of health, mental health, sport, and youth and children sectors.
