Kavkaz Express is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Safety Transportation Specialist to join our team at our Fairfield, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process toll-related requests and documentation.
• Review and evaluate toll charges for accuracy.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
• Process employment verification requests.
• Coordinate and support daily tasks within the Safety Department.

Requirements

• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, safety, or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent data entry and computer skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must speak English fluently.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to talk, hear, and lift up to 15 pounds.
