In your role as Sales Agent (m/w/d), you are responsible for your own customers and accompany them from their application to the conclusion.

In Dortmund (on 08.07.2026) and Düsseldorf (on 09.07.2026) our career evening will take place at 17:30. What You Bring

• Sales talent and enjoyment of telephone sales
• Initial professional experience in direct customer contact (ideally call or service center experience) would be a nice-to-have
• A high willingness to learn and intrinsic motivation with a pronounced performance and success drive
• Open, friendly, and professional impact in conversation as well as good German language skills in speech and writing
• You always act reflectively and use opportunities to develop yourself personally
• You bring a positive mindset and your working style is characterized by high reliability and commitment
• You have team spirit and enjoy helping the customer to close together with us

Your Tasks Include

You don't have sales experience, but are eager for a steep career with above-average salary? No problem, because...

• we train you as a credit advisor (m/w/d). You will go through an intensive training with several modules
• during the program, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge in the field of credit counseling, build up expertise, and learn the sales techniques in telephone sales
• Your goal is the successful credit conclusion of the customers (without cold calling!) and on this path we accompany you completely and fully in the training you will be accompanied by experienced colleagues through mentorship
