Sales & Appointment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective leads through outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm in-home water test appointments
• Conduct professional, consultative presentations during in-home visits to guide homeowners toward solutions
• Perform basic water testing and clearly explain product benefits with a problem-solving approach
• Accurately manage leads, updates, and appointments within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Follow up with unbooked or undecided leads to re-engage and secure appointments
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless installations and happy customers
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for bookings and sales conversions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or in-home B2C sales
• Proven ability to close deals and nurture leads via phone, email, and in-person contact
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills
• Strong organizational habits and high attention to detail
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
• Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
