Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & Pipeline: Drive regional growth by identifying new opportunities, tracking market trends, and building a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects.
- Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Use a consultative approach to win complex, high-value deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and expand local partner networks in key markets.
- Market Presence: Represent the company at events and meetings, actively expanding visibility and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong experience in enterprise software sales and business development, ideally in telecom, critical communications, public safety, or government sectors.
- Good understanding of AI-driven enterprise solutions, public procurement, and long sales cycles.
- Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to open new doors, build relationships, and close complex deals at all organizational levels.
- Skilled in consultative and strategic selling, negotiations, and full sales cycle ownership, including RFP processes.
- Commercially driven and self-starting professional who uses modern tools and AI in sales work.
- Highly organized with strong networking and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently in complex environments.
- Willing to travel and work in an international environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
