About the Position
Sales & Services Officer – Private Banking
Permanent position, minimum 80% working hours
Hybrid work set-up
Are you looking for an all-round position in which you provide commercial and administrative support to our Private Banking clients? If so, we might have the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and administrative support to Private Bankers and Asset Managers
- Serve as the first point of contact for Private Banking clients, offices, and internal services
- Build a relationship of trust and become a fully-fledged discussion partner for our clients through regular client contact
- Play an important role in planning and preparing client visits for the Private Banker
- Proactively participate in commercial actions and campaigns (e.g., in the context of digitization)
- Play a coordinating role in the handling of files
- Guide clients towards our digital solutions as an ambassador for our digital approach
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- Ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both national languages
- Good basic knowledge of banking products, in particular investments
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Good knowledge of ING tools (Branch Bank, Easyweb, Single view/CRM, Structured Intake Tool, Digital Banking, etc.)
